Safeguarding

Clear boundaries for a structured online classroom.

Parents should know how lessons are conducted, how communication works and how student information is handled. The statements below describe the practices used in this tutoring service.

Classroom conduct

  • Group lessons take place at fixed scheduled times.
  • Students are expected to follow a respectful classroom code of conduct.
  • PENDING: the exact attendance-recording process and parent observation policy are confirmed at enrolment — ask when you book an assessment.

Communication with students

  • For students under 18, enrolment and formal communication use a parent or guardian's contact details.
  • PENDING: the specific rules for WhatsApp contact with minors and for one-to-one sessions are confirmed at enrolment.
  • A parent or guardian may raise a concern by email at hello@englishwithaisha.com or via the contact page.

Recordings and submitted work

  • PENDING: the recording policy, audience and retention period are confirmed at enrolment.
  • PENDING: the channel used to return marked student work is confirmed at enrolment.
  • Student names, images, recordings and work are never published without the required written permission.

Concern or question

If you have a safeguarding or classroom-conduct question, contact Aisha before enrolment. I will explain the relevant process clearly so you can decide whether the programme is suitable.
