Information collected

When you use the Free Assessment or Contact forms, we collect the information you submit, which may include your name, email address, WhatsApp number, country, and details about a student's exam board, syllabus and current level. If you send a writing sample by WhatsApp or email, that sample is also handled under this policy.

Purpose of collection

Information is collected solely to respond to enquiries, recommend a suitable tutoring programme, and — where you enrol — to deliver tutoring and report on progress.

Information about minors

Many students are under 18. Where a form is completed on behalf of a minor, it should be completed or approved by a parent or guardian, whose contact details are used for formal communication.

Student work

Writing samples and marked work submitted for tutoring are used only to provide feedback and track progress, and are not published or shared without written permission. PENDING: exact retention and deletion timelines are not yet finalised.

Processors

Form submissions are delivered through Formspree. WhatsApp messages are handled through WhatsApp/Meta. No other third-party analytics or advertising tools are currently connected to this site.

Retention and deletion

PENDING: a specific retention period has not yet been confirmed. To request access to or deletion of your information, contact hello@englishwithaisha.com.
